Capability Criteria of Chief Minister Merit Scholarship Program 2025:
To apply for the CMMS Program, you must have a valid PhD admission offer from one of the Top 50 QS Ranked Universities in the preferred subjects. It would be best if you had at least 60% marks in all your academic exams, and your family income must not be more than Rs. 200,000 per month. You should be under 35 years of age by April 30, 2025, and must not have received any foreign scholarship before.

Exclusions:
- Regular or permanent faculty members of Pakistani public teaching and learning institutes are not eligible.
- There is no way to move the scholarship to a different year.
Special Quotas:
Preference is given to Punjab domicile applicants; however, quotas are reserved for:

- Gilgit Baltistan (GB)
- Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT)
