Capability Criteria of HED Scholarship Program 2025:
To apply for the State Talent Scholarship, students must meet certain eligibility criteria. Only students who passed their exams in 2024 are eligible to apply. For primary school students, they must have scored at least 908 marks. For students in high school (matriculation), they need at least 85% marks, and for intermediate students, 80% marks are required. University students (in bachelor’s and master’s programs) must have at least 70% marks for two-year courses.
Students must also have at least 60% marks in their final exams to be considered for the scholarship. Students who have completed a 13-year diploma course from a registered institution under the AJK Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority can also apply, but they must have at least 60% marks. If a student gives false information, their degree will be canceled, and legal action may be taken. Government workers, part-time students, weekend program students, and distance learning students are not eligible. Additionally, only students studying in registered educational institutions within Azad Jammu & Kashmir can apply for this scholarship.

Applications Process Higher Education Department HED Scholarship Program 2025:
To apply for the State Talent Scholarship, first, ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria by having passed the 2024 exams with the required marks (at least 60%). Download the application form from the Higher Education Department’s website https://hed.punjab.gov.pk/ and fill it out carefully with accurate information. You will need to attach essential documents such as your result card, CNIC, domicile certificate, and a passport-size photo.
If you are under 18 and an orphan, you must also include your parent’s CNIC. Students living near the Line of Control are eligible for a 5% marks relaxation, for which a certificate from the District Commissioner is required. If you have a diploma, include the diploma certificate with at least 60% marks. Double-check all details before submitting the form. Once complete, send the form and documents to the Higher Education Department by February 28, 2025. Late applications will not be accepted, so be sure to submit everything before the deadline. After submission, wait for confirmation once your application is processed.
