Capability Criteria of AJK Police jobs 2025:
To apply for the Constable job (BS-7), candidates must be 18 to 25 years old. Men need to be at least 5 feet 7 inches tall with a 33-inch chest (which can expand by 1.5 inches). Run 1 mile in 9 minutes. Women need to be 5 feet 2 inches tall and run 1 mile in 7 minutes. You should have completed high school and live in Azad Kashmir or be a 1947 refugee living in Pakistan.

Applications are being accepted for permanent Constable (BS-7) positions in several areas of Azad Kashmir by the Azad Jammu & Kashmir Police Department, which will evaluate candidates solely on the basis of merit. The hiring process accords with the district-based appointment quotas and existing regulations. Applications are encouraged from 1947 refugees residing in Pakistan as well as Azad Kashmir residents.
Selection Process of AJK Constable 2024:
- Physical Test: Candidates must pass a physical test based on height, chest
- Written Test: Successful candidates will take a written test with 3 subjects:
- Islamic Studies/Urdu
- General Knowledge/Pakistan Studies
- English
- Psychological Test: A psychological test will be done by a psychologist.
- Medical Check-up: A health check will be done by the Police Medical Officer.
- Security Clearance: A background check will be conducted.
