Interview Selection Process
- Interviews for Top Candidates: For each available seat, interviews will be held for the top ten alternate candidates. Candidates will attend the interview for their first preferred choice, and the marks they receive will count for all positions.
- Equal Academic Scores: If multiple candidates have the same academic score, all of them will be invited for an interview.
- Document Verification: Candidates must present their original certificates and documents. These will be checked against the records in the portal. If there is any mistake, fraud, or incorrect information, the candidate will be disqualified and informed. This disqualification will also be recorded.
- Interview Score Entry: Interview scores must be entered into the portal immediately after the interview. Once entered, the scores cannot be changed.
Interview Committee
- For Primary & Elementary Schools: The interview committee will include the school head and an AEO (Assistant Education Officer) or a Grade 16 representative.
- For High & Higher Secondary Schools: The committee will consist of the school head and a Deputy DEO or a Grade 18 representative.
- School Council Member: In all cases, a member of the School Council will be the third representative. The Deputy DEOs will nominate the School Council members for Primary and Elementary Schools.
Interview Dates
- The interviews will be conducted on February 3rd and 4th, and the candidates’ scores will be recorded in the portal on the same day.
Complaint Resolution
- Complaints Handling: On February 8th, the concerned DEO office will receive complaints and resolve them. A formal written order will be issued. The process must remain fair and transparent.
Final Orders
- Appointment Orders: The final appointment orders will be issued within three days after the official list is displayed.
Merit-Based Selection
- Strict Merit: Interview marks will be awarded strictly based on merit.
Responsibility of Officials
- Deputy DEOs and AEOs: All Deputy DEOs and AEOs must inform the top ten candidates per seat and ensure strict adherence to these guidelines. The process should be completed on time with full responsibility.
